to back this up we also have in excess of 10'000 service manuals. a computerised stock control system, our stores carries a vast range of spares for many types of today's equipment and yesterdays treasures. All jobs are allocated via our workshop control software, this gives the engineer his or hers days work. Our staff are all trained to the highest standard, this includes regular visit's to the manufactures for up to date training on new technology's and repair techniques

Our white goods workshop has all the tools required for today's domestic appliance repairs. Fully computerised stock control, ordering. Our white goods engineers are multi skilled in many different types of domestic appliances. From electric hobs to vacuum cleaners. We have 3 fully qualified engineers who cover most of Essex and some parts of Herts and Suffolk. There vehicles carry upto date spares, if the spares are not in stock, they can be ordered electronically from the field, integrating into our network from the field they can also update job details to the latest status.
